Cecilia Fiore
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Cecilia Fiore is an expert in lipid structuring and molecular engineering. With a PhD in Crystal Engineering and a history of collaborations with global leaders like Nestlé and Lavazza, she bridges the gap between advanced science and industrial application. Inspired by her family’s multi-generational olive oil legacy in Puglia, Cecilia co-founded New Oil Tech to create a new generation of sustainable, healthy, and technologically superior lipid ingredients.
Michel Orsi
CTO & CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Michel Orsi is a specialist in deep-tech development, combining expertise in rheology, numerical modeling, and machine learning with an international academic background from Politecnico di Milano, Université Côte d’Azur, and the City College of New York. Michel leads the company’s technological roadmap, translating advanced physics and complex fluid research into proprietary, scalable industrial solutions.
